SRX24461446: Genome sequencing of Halomonas salifodinae strain IM328 illumina raw data

Design: 100ng genomic DNA was randomly broke by Covaris S220 and repaired by End Prep Enzyme Mix. Adapters were added to the gDNA followed by amplification by P5/P7 primers. QC was performed with agilent 2100 bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies, Palo Alto, CA, USA) and library concentration was measured by Qubit 3.0
